Data Ninja tools, Web 2.0 Edition

OECD Factblog was recently discussing the tools available for sharing charts online. It’s a great post for you fellow data ninjas. It also made me think I should add a running list of the web 2.0 tools I’ve found in this area:

Anyone have others to add? I’m specifically looking for platforms that allow data to remain tied to visualizations (so Processing and the like, while powerful, aren’t what I’m talking about here).
